As Fiogaz, protecting personal data is among our top priorities. In this regard, we present the following statements to the attention of our valued customers and all concerned, in order to fulfill Fiogaz's obligation to inform, arising from Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (Law), as the data controller.
1. For what purpose is personal data processed
Our customers' personal data is processed because it is directly related to the establishment and execution of a contract.
The personal data of those concerned are processed for the purpose of protecting all assets belonging to Başkentgaz, ensuring their security and control, determining and implementing commercial and business strategies, fulfilling the obligations arising from the Law and using the rights of the resources under the legislation.
2. To Whom and For What Purposes Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred
Your personal data; to our business partners, suppliers, group companies, affiliates, companies and institutions with which we cooperate, companies from which we receive external services in order to fulfill our contractual or legal obligations (in matters such as security, banking, PTT, health, occupational safety, law, etc.), authorized institutions and organizations. It is transferred within the scope of the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, limited to the purposes stated in Article 1 of this text.
3. What is the Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data in all kinds of verbal, written and electronic media; Applications made through our Head Office or Branches, our website, call center, SMS channels, digital applications made on websites, all our mobile applications, PTT, Banks, security cameras, etc. It is collected through methods such as other channels through which our Company communicates with its customers or through which it may communicate in the future, and is stored within the legal periods in accordance with the relevant legislation. The personal data of our customers/interested persons and third parties using our website are processed in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, the Natural Gas Market Law, the Natural Gas Market Distribution and Customer Services Regulation, the Personal Data Protection Law, the Turkish Penal Code and the provisions of the relevant legislation.
4. What are your rights arising from the Personal Data Protection Law
Regarding the processing of your personal data by our Company, to learn whether your personal data is processed in accordance with Article 11 of the Law, to request information if your personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing of your personal data and whether it is used accordingly, to third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically and abroad. knowing individuals, requesting correction of personal data if they have been processed incorrectly, requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring the processing of personal data are eliminated, requesting that correction or deletion be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems. You have the right to object to the emergence of a result against you, to request compensation in writing in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, without prejudice to our Company's rights arising from the legislation and this form. We reserve the right to reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or are otherwise unduly difficult.
